Refund Policy

FinFlow Founders Circle

Founders Circle is how FinFlow's build gets funded before launch. If FinFlow never ships, every Founder is refunded in full: no partial refunds, no store credit, no “lifetime access to nothing.” The risk sits with Finnito, not with the operators backing it.

If you change your mind before FinFlow launches, email hello@finnito.techand we'll discuss it directly. This is a small, early programme, not a self-serve cancellation flow.

Vision Studio subscriptions

Every paid plan is cancel-anytime: you keep whatever you've already generated, and you won't be billed again after cancelling. We don't offer partial refunds for unused time in the current billing period.

Listing Packs

You only spend a pack when it works. If fewer than seven of the nine images in a Listing Pack come back right, the pack reverts to draft and costs you nothing. You can re-run it free.
