What these terms cover
These terms apply to Vision Studio (live now) and to Founders Circle membership of FinFlow (in active build, launching 2026). By using either, or this site, you're agreeing to them.
Your account
You're responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your login details to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has access to your account.
Your images, our output
You keep ownership of any product photo you upload. Images Vision Studio generates for you are licensed to you on the paid plans with full commercial rights and no attribution required, exactly as described on the Vision Studio pricing page. We don't claim ownership of your product or your generated output.
Acceptable use
Don't use Vision Studio to generate misleading product imagery, upload content you don't have rights to, or try to break, scrape, or resell access to the service.
Payment and refunds
Vision Studio plans are billed as stated on the pricing page and can be cancelled anytime. Founders Circle is a one-time payment with the refund terms stated on that page and on our Refunds page.
FinFlow specifically
FinFlow is in active build and not yet live. Founders Circle membership funds its development and reserves a numbered seat and founder pricing. It is not a purchase of a finished, working product. See the Founders Circle page and our Refundspage for what happens if it doesn't ship.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as-is. We work to keep it reliable and accurate, but we can't guarantee it'll be uninterrupted or error-free, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
