FinFlow · In active development · Launching 2026

Current build · Updated 2026

One command deck for the decisions hiding across twelve tabs.

FinFlow will connect your Amazon, Shopify and marketplace operations. It will surface the inventory, margin, pricing and supplier decisions that need you today.

250 Founder seats · £400 once · full refund if FinFlow never ships

FinFlow is not live yet. Founders fund the build, test it first and help shape what ships.

The current FinFlow build: a Signals dashboard listing operational alerts like overdue compliance tasks and inventory movement, open on a laptop

The work today

Your business is connected. Its signals are not.

Seller Central knows inventory. Shopify knows orders. Ad platforms know spend. A spreadsheet tries to remember margin. Your supplier answers on WhatsApp.

Each tool reports its own part. None tells you what the business needs from you next. FinFlow is being built for that gap. It brings the signals together, weighs the trade-offs and turns them into a decision you can act on.

The core of FinFlow

Not another alert. A decision card.

A Decision Card is a structured recommendation, not another red dot demanding attention. It shows what changed, why it matters now and what FinFlow recommends. It includes the evidence, confidence, risk, expected impact and the person responsible for the next move.

Accept it. Change it. Dismiss it. Either way, the decision and its outcome stay attached to the signal that caused it.

Decision

The value is not seeing more data. It is reaching the right decision sooner.

One operating picture

Four connected views. One clearer decision.

Margin and pricing

See true contribution by SKU and channel. FinFlow will flag fee changes, pricing drift and promotions that grow revenue while quietly removing profit.

Inventory and suppliers

Balance stock cover, lead times, cash exposure and supplier reliability. Know what to reorder, delay or renegotiate before the problem reaches the listing.

Marketplace risk

Track listing, compliance and account signals across the channels you use. Turn a vague warning into a clear owner, deadline and next action.

Competitive movement

Watch meaningful changes in price, availability, reviews and positioning. Ignore the movement that does not change your decision.

From signal to outcome

FinFlow closes the loop.

01

Connect

Connect the stores, marketplaces and operating data you already use.

02

Prioritise

FinFlow compares signals, finds conflicts and ranks what needs attention.

03

Decide

Review a Decision Card with the evidence, trade-offs and recommended action.

04

Learn

Capture the owner and outcome. FinFlow builds an operating memory over time.

The result is fewer dashboard checks and a clearer record of why the business moved.

Two sides of the decision

Fin protects the operation. Nito tests the opportunity.

Fin looks for exposure: margin loss, stock risk, unnecessary cost and operational drag. Nito looks for upside: demand shifts, pricing power, category movement and growth.

Sometimes they will disagree. That is deliberate. The useful decision often sits between operational safety and commercial opportunity.

Fin

Reduce inventory exposure. Supplier lead time has moved outside tolerance.

Nito

Hold the order. Demand is accelerating and two competitors are out of stock.

Both positions show their evidence. The operator makes the call.

In active development

Built in public. Shipped to Founders first.

FinFlow is in active development and scheduled to launch in 2026. The interface shown here is the current build, not a concept render. Founders will test working modules as they become ready. Their usage and votes will help set the order of the roadmap.

The operator fit

Built for the point where the spreadsheet stops coping.

FinFlow is for operators managing roughly 20–500 SKUs across Amazon, Shopify, eBay and other marketplaces. It fits when stock, margin and channel decisions affect each other, but the evidence still lives in separate tools.

Ecommerce operators

Run the daily operation without rebuilding the business in a spreadsheet every morning.

Brand owners

See where cash, margin and marketplace risk need a decision before they need a rescue.

Marketplace leads

Compare channel performance and risk without manually reconciling every dashboard.

Small operations teams

Give every important decision an owner, a reason and a visible outcome.

If you are testing your first SKU, FinFlow will be too much. Come back when the spreadsheet stops coping.

Prefer to wait for proof?

That is the rational choice for some operators. Join the launch list and see the finished product before paying. You will not receive the Founder terms, numbered seat or roadmap access.

Is FinFlow available now?

No. FinFlow is in active development and scheduled to launch in 2026. Founders will receive early access to working modules as they ship.

Is Vision Studio included?

No. Vision Studio is Finnito's separate AI product-photography product. It is live now and has its own pricing.
